  • Create a poll based on Matthew 6
  • Explain why you created the poll you did (above, below, to the side)

Soooo…

Some of you might want to post about other stuff besides your reflections in Matthew’s Gospel.  This is okay!!!  Please do, and follow these guidelines:

  1. Keep your blog related to faith-based and christian-related topics
  2. No obscene or inappropriate language, photos, or videos
  3. Be real and honest or just plain fun  🙂

Hey Class!

We’re about to begin blogging our journey through Matthew’s Gospel. You’re going to join me as we spend the rest of the school year reading Matthew’s gospel, reflecting on the words, and commenting on each others’ thoughts. How are we going to do that?

Step 1 – Create a blog.  Click the sign-up button to get started!

Step 2 – Send your blog site URL to your teacher: frankeg@ics.edu.hk

Step 3 – After your teacher sends you a complete list of the other student blogs in your class, connect them to your site using subscriptions.

Step 4 – Begin blogging!  We will reflect on approximately 1 chapter per class. We’ll also do some other types of reflections from time to time.

Step 5 – You need to comment (something meaningful and insightful) on at least 2 other blogs each week.

Final Step -Own your blog! Make if yours. Make it fun. Play around with the settings, widgets, and teach your classmates some cool stuff!

That’s it!  Hopefully you’ll enjoy this online adventure and learn new skills that you can use later in life.  We’ll probably have some troubles along the way, but we’ll work them out as they come. If you haven’t already started, please begin working through Steps 1-5 now!  🙂

Cheers!
Mr. Franke
